In case you are wondering, yes, in the picture above Serena Williams is sporting a black and red painted cast with swarovski crystals. Don't worry- I also thought is was some speciality item that uggs made for her-- not a cast.

Serena looks great with a cast. More glamorous than ever. Personally, I think she looks her best while winning a slam or two....although.... I'll admitt I was a little ticked off at her for missing so much tennis and started to believe the rumors that she is faker because of her party lifestyle and new nose. Now I believe that Ms. Williams can do it all- looking celeb-fab with a bad foot, hanging out with Hollywood, and sliming down at the gym all while not playing tennis. Mind you, after stepping on the infamous glass she went out and played a exhibition match with Kim Clijsters because Justine Henin was injured(and hasn't returned)- SERENA IS SUPER WOMAN! She looks like she is in the best shape of her life other than the foot. You can't fault her for her foot- no pun intended US Open lineswoman.
So when is she coming back?
She explained both the crystals on her cast and her return to the NY Post "I decorated it myself with crystals. I am trying to make the best out of a bad situation. I hope to be out of the cast and back on the court by spring."
Spring! That feels like forever. Come on Serena come back and show us more of your tricks. Tennis in heals?
In the meantime, I want to look just like Serena Williams when I grow up with 13 grand slam titles and hot with a boot!
